Cancellation and Refund Policy

To ensure we can provide the best care for all our guests, TED operates the following policy:

Booking Deposit

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. Your booking is not confirmed until this is received along with a completed booking form and a successful meet and greet.

You will be expected to pay the remainder of your booking fee 14 days prior to your dogs arrival.  You are welcome to pay by Bank Transfer or cash. 

I will provide a receipt once the full balance is paid.

 

Cancellation request

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances, please call us immediately to discuss.

  • 14 Days or Less Notice: The full balance is due and non-refundable. At this late stage, it is unlikely we can fill the vacancy.

  • 15 to 30 Days Notice: Your 50% deposit is retained, but any additional balance paid will be refunded.

  • More than 21 Days Notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a future booking (within 6 months), or retained as a credit on your account.

 

Early Collections

No refunds or credits are given if you decide to collect your dog earlier than the scheduled checkout date.
