With plenty of years of canine experience I understand that every dog has a unique personality. Whether your pup is a high-energy explorer or a senior who prefers a gentle potter, you can be reassured they are in the most capable hands.
We don't just stay inside, though! TED guests enjoy daily adventures tailored to their fitness levels. From sniffing through the woodland in Kingsbury Water Park to splashing around at Cliff Lakes, we make the most of beautiful Dosthill and the local nature spots. After a day of fresh air and new smells, your dog can curl up in their favorite spot for a well-earned nap—just like they do at home.
A Calm, Home‑From‑Home Experience
At TED’s Home Stay, we provide a peaceful alternative to traditional kennels in a real family home.

Dogs will not be left together alone. There are several safe warm cozy areas of the house where they can be kept separately should I need to go out for a short time.

Not a Kennels or Group Boarding Setting
We do not operate as a high‑volume or group boarding service. We are licensed to look after up to 4 dogs at a time (including our resident dog Ted) keeping TED’s Home Stay a small, personal, and family‑focused service, offering each dog the time, care, and attention they deserve.
We do our best to accommodate your dogs usual way of life at home, whether that’s snoozing on the sofa, sleeping in the kitchen, or retiring for a good nights sleep upstairs with the humans, you let us know the rules and we follow them.
I am fully licensed by Tamworth Borough Council, DBS checked, and comprehensively insured. For your peace of mind, I am Canine First Aid qualified and registered with a local vet. Certificates are available upon request.
